How we work

Innova Sourcing operates as an intermediary between its clients and Information Technology specialists in the local markets of South East Asia. Based on a number of partnerships, with educational institutions, universities and recruitment bureaus, obtained locally in South East Asia, Innova Sourcing is arranging long term outsourcing engagements between its clients and individuals with the relevant information technology expertise.



Due to the offshore nature of the outsourcing engagement, communication between clients and its dedicated offshore team is based on today's advanced means of information technology and communication. We provide clients with the opportunity to establish a long term relationship with one or more individuals with the appropriate technical expertise, utilizing the offshore facilities of Innova Sourcing in South East Asia as well as taking advantage of the assistance of Innova Sourcing with supervision and project management of the individuals working in the offshore teams of our clients. As a special part of the solution to clients Innova Sourcing offers a distinctive offshore outsourcing engagement model which is focussed on the enhancement of technical knowledge and language skills of individuals in the local markets in South East Asia.
By followin the Build - Operate - Transfer outsourcing engagement model clients initially commit to a "Build stage", which after the contractual arrangement transforms into an "Operational stage". The Operational stage may continue as long as the clients prefer. Clients with interest in keeping individuals within their offshore dedicated teams on a long term basis and employ them to become a part of their own organization will after a minimum operational time period have the opportunity to transfer the technical experts out of their contractual arrangement with Innova Sourcing.
