The
outsourcing engagement model of Innova Sourcing referred to as Build -
Operate - Transfer (BOT) is a strategically lucrative choice for clients
as it facilitates the establishment of an offshore dedicated team with
an option for transferring individuals of the team to the clients' own
employment after a minimum operational time period.
The
BOT outsourcing engagement model is characterized by a moderate rapidity
of establishing the offshore dedicated team, low start up cost and
minimal risk.
Compared to the standard outsourcing model of Innova Sourcing and models
of alternative sourcing companies the BOT model is well suited for clients who
are planning their offshore outsourcing engagement as a long term setup
and who simultaneously are considering the costs and risks involved
in doing so. |

Build stage |
|
|
The
"Build stage" represents the initial
time interval of the outsourcing period
where a less comprehensive productivity is expected,
but where
technical education and language training is expected
to be at a high level. Candidates with sufficient technical education,
adequate level of English language skills and less professional
experience will take precedence during the
recruitment evaluation process for the BOT outsourcing engagement model. |

From the time where
the right candidates
have
been recruited and established, the period
of the "Build stage" will elapse
over the following six (6) months.
During the "Build stage" period
Innova
Sourcing is assisting the client
with any further technical education for standard
software programming languages.
Written material and
technical education
of the client's own software programming
languages and/or business activities which are unique to the client,
are expected to be provided and handled between the client and the
individual
IT specialist directly (with the
supervision of Innova Sourcing).
Finally Innova Sourcing provides,
as a part of the outsourcing arrangement, extensive
English language training during the "Build stage" period.

The
client has an option of relocating their in-house staff to the
offshore facilities of Innova
Sourcing for a short- or long term
period, at any time during the BOT contract period.
Employees of the
clients
are entitled to utilize the facilities of Innova
Sourcing including training class rooms and office space (desk and equipment)*.
Particularly for the "Build stage" period this option would be
valuable in the situation where the client needs
to transfer
complex technical knowledge about their software programming
language, software application or business activities. |

Additional per use fees applies for the use of office space,
utilities and equipment by the client's own employees
relocated to the
facilities of Innova Sourcing. |

Operational stage |
|
|
Immediately after
the "Build stage" has ended, the "Operational stage"
will
commence. The
"Operational stage" is characterized by comprehensive productivity,
reduced level of technical education and reduced level of language
training as well as a slightly adjusted cost for the client. |

|
|
During the
"Operational stage" it is expected that clients yield maximum
productivity and efficiency of their offshore dedicated team. Innova
Sourcing continues to provide English language training during the
"Operational stage" period.
After the minimum "Operational stage"
period of two years (24
months) a transfer of individuals at the offshore dedicated
team will be an option for the client. The client may
as well choose to continue the
"Operational stage" after the two years minimum period. Further, the
client may at any time during the "Operational stage" period
terminate the contract by notifying Innova Sourcing
at least four (4) months in advance. |

Transfer stage |
|
|
Transferring
individuals of an offshore dedicated team out of the contractual
arrangement with Innova Sourcing is an
option which is valuable for clients who are determined to have
their own offshore setup.
Clients with
interest in keeping individuals from their offshore dedicated teams
on a long term basis and employ them to become a part of their own
organization will after a minimum
operational time period have the opportunity to
transfer the technical experts out of their contractual arrangement
with Innova Sourcing.

After the
minimum "Operational stage" period of (24 months),
a transfer of and individual from the clients' offshore dedicated
team becomes optional when
notified to Innova Sourcing at least six (6) months in
advance.
A one time fee applies for
transferring individuals out of the contractual arrangement with
Innova Sourcing. |
