Outsourcing engagement models

Innova Sourcing offers two types of outsourcing engagement models


	Standard model
	Clients select individuals for their offshore dedicated team among highly qualified candidates with comprehensive professional experience, advanced technical expertise and an appropriate level of English language skills. Due to the profile of the candidates available under the standard model, clients are able to reach maximum productivity and efficiency levels fast. In spite of the individuals' already high level of English language, they will follow a continuous language training scheme at intermediate and advanced level.


	Build - Operate - Transfer model
	The outsourcing engagement model of Innova Sourcing referred to as Build - Operate - Transfer (BOT) is a strategically lucrative choice for clients as it facilitates the establishment of an offshore dedicated team with an option for transferring individuals of the team to the clients' own employment after a minimum operational time period.
