Recruitment Process
 
 
 

 

 
A succesful and satisfactory result during the recruitment process is a vital part of the service provided by Innova Sourcing. A great amount of emphasis is put into recruiting the right individuals for our clients, and consequently the duration of this non-chargeable recruitment process period may vary from two (2) weeks to five (5) weeks before the client can expect to yield any productivity from their outsourcing engagement with Innova Sourcing.  
   

 
   
Clients are involved and kept informed extensively througout the 5 main steps of the recruitment process.  
   
Requirements specification  
The specification of requirements is drawn up by the client based on a standard Requirements specification form. Immediately after receiving the completed Requirements specification form, Innova Sourcing will arrange a telephone interview with the client in order to cover areas of the requirements analysis which has not been possible to retrieve from the Requirements specification form.

Candidate search  
The duration of the candidate search is naturally dependent on the requirements from the client and the choice of outsourcing engagement model. An in-house candidate database, external recruitment bureaues, universities and other educational institutions are the main tools used for the candidate search.  
   
Candidate screening and evaluation  
The screeing and evaluation process is also very dependent on the requirements analysis. However, the screeing and evaluation at this stage is executed by Innova Sourcing and will result in small group of the best qualified candidates.  
   
Presentation of candidates  
Profile overviews and CVs, of the individuals in the final group of the best qualified candidates, are presented for the client.  
   
Candidate evaluation, testing and selection.  
Finally the client evaluates the individuals in the final group of the best qualified candidates. This may involve telephone interviews, email questionnaire, technical- and personality tests. Innova Sourcing is of course willing to support in any interview and testing protocol between the client and the candidates. This step ends with the client's selection of the individual(s) which they want to join their offshore dedicated team.
