Innova Sourcing has joined forces with local educational
instituations and established an academy where individuals working
at offshore dedicated teams of Innova Sourcing's clients receive technical education and English language training.
For the Build - Operate -
Transfer (BOT) outsourcing engagement model candidates are screened and
selected from some of the most recognized local technical
universities and educational institutions, where after technical
education is provided according the clients' requirements.
All training courses is a
combination of course work training and self-study and where
applicable the course will end with a final assessment, test or
certification. All technical education and language training
coordinated and arranged by Innova Sourcing takes place outside
ordinary working hours 8am to 5pm (GMT +07:00). |

Standard programming language |
|
| The
client has the possiblity to get the assistance from Innova Sourcing
with
intensive technical training course for standard software
programming languages throughout the "Build stage" and
"Operational stage"
period. The training is held at training facilities of Innova
Sourcing's partners and the training period will result in a final
assessment. |

Special programming language and
business activities |
|
|
Innova Sourcing will assist with the supervision of distance (e-learning)
training and final assessments of any special software languages
and/or business activities which are unique to the client.
The client has the
responsibility for providing any written
training material and coordination of the
distance learning process. |

Microsoft Dynamics AX |
|
| Innova
Sourcing has its own Microsoft Dynamics AX experts within technical-
and functional consultancy as well as X++ development. For that reason Innova Sourcing is able to provide
comprehensive X++ development training courses when clients request
Microsoft Dynamics AX application development. |
|
|
Individuals who are trained in
Microsoft Dynamics AX X++ development will be able to take final
examination and certification on clients's requests. Innova Sourcing
use Person VUE and Prometric Testing Centers for Microsoft
certification tests. |

English language training |
|
| The English
language training process is taken seriously at Innova Sourcing and
individuals at our client's offshore dedicated teams are attending
courses at a regular basis. An individual contracted via the Build -
Operate - Transfer (BOT) outsourcing engagement model, will during
the "Build stage" period attend English course work training at
least three times a week, and will as a minimum start at an
intermediary level. |

All other
individuals working in offshore dedicated teams of Innova Sourcing's
clients will attend English course work training once to twice per
week, in order to improve and maintain an existing good level of
English language skills. |
